Upon arrival at Split (SPU) airport, your vehicle be waiting to take you to our hotel in the historic town of Trogir, the meeting point for this program. Relax, unpack and go for a stroll along Trogir’s medieval narrow streets and check out its breathtaking collection of Romanesque and Renaissance architecture before meeting your fellow travelers for a welcome reception and dinner in Trogir. Overnight in Trogir. Day 2: Šibenik and Primošten
Meet a local winemaker for a tour of protected vineyard sites near the Central Dalmatian towns of Šibenik and Primošten, where winemaking has existed since the 8th century BC. Enjoy local babić and plavina wines paired with a traditional lunch of pašticada beef stew served over gnocchi. In the afternoon follow your guide on a walking tour of the city of Split, founded in the 3rd century by the Roman Emperor Diocletian. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant in the center of Split. Overnight in Trogir (B,L,D)
Day 3: Island of Hvar
This morning your driver will take you to the Split harbor to board a catamaran to the Island of Hvar.  Welcome lunch will be served at your hotel in Hvar after check-in. In the afternoon, join your guide on a walking tour of Hvar Town. A wine tasting focused on indigenous grape varieties such as plavac mali and crljenak (aka original zinfandel) will accompany tonight’s Peka dinner of seafood and meat baked in an open grill under the metal bell. Overnight in Hvar (B,L,D)
Day 4: Island of Hvar
Hike or drive the picturesque fire escape road to the village of Sveta Nedelja for a full day of relaxation at the Zlatan Plenković winery and marina. Swim in the turquoise waters of the Adriatic, dive for lobster, hike to a nearby mountain cave before lunch. Grilled fish Dalmatian style will be on the lunch menu today. Enjoy a cooking demonstration and a wine tasting of bogdanuša, pošip, maraština white wines from the island. Return to Hvar Town in the late afternoon for some free time and dinner on own. Overnight in Hvar (B,L)
Day 5: Island of Korčula
Board a morning catamaran from Hvar to the Island of Korčula. Originally discovered by the ancient Greeks, Korčula is also known to be the birthplace of the famous traveler and adventurer Marco Polo. Explore the Old Town with your guide and learn its fascinating history. A seafood lunch with local pošip and grk wines and Korčula olive oil will be served in the Old Town. Your hotel in Korčula is located in a tranquil laguna, a perfect place to relax, swim in the calm waters before a beach BBQ dinner served Dalmatian style. Overnight in Korčula. (B,L,D)
Day 6: Pelješac Peninsula, Ston and Dubrovnik
After a short ferry ride to the town of Orebić, embark on a scenic ride through the breathtaking coastal roads of Pelješac Peninsula. The legendary and protected appellation of Dingać is one of the most dramatic vineyard sites anywhere. Meet a local winemaker for a tour of his family’s organic vineyards before tasting some of the most acclaimed plavac mali wines during lunch. Continue to the town of Mali Ston, Croatia’s oyster capital.Take a boat ride in the Bay of Mali Ston to see the oyster beds and taste them for dinner alongside indigenous white wines from Croatia’s Slavonia and Istria regions. After dinner, your driver will take you to your hotel in Dubrovnik. Overnight in Dubrovnik. (B,L,D)
Day 7: Dubrovnik
With over 1,000 years of history, Dubrovnik is often referred to as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”. This morning we will take you on a tour through the marble streets and the most significant sites of the Old City. Following the tour, grab a relaxing lunch on your own at one of the Old Town’s outdoor cafés. Your guide will make restaurant recommendations and assist with directions. In the afternoon, spend some free time exploring the city and shopping. At the appointed hour, rejoin your fellow travelers for a farewell dinner at one of the best restaurants in the Old Town. Overnight in Dubrovnik (B,D)
Day 8: Departure
Breakfast will be served at the hotel and transportation will be provided for your transfer to Dubrovnik Airport. (B)
